First Team

Rachel Buser Sophomore Berkeley Springs Runner of the Year

Buser is the All-Area Girls Runner of the Year for the second straight year. She capped her undefeated season by winning her second straight West Virginia Class AA-A state crown, while also leading the Indians to the team title.

Brooke Boening Junior Jefferson

Boening won the West Virginia Region II Class AAA race and placed sixth at states.

Cecelia Forshee Freshman Chambersburg

Forshee placed 14th in the Mid-Penn and 15th in PIAA District 3 Class AAA, helping her team win titles in both championship meets.

Brooke Jacobs Junior Chambersburg

Jacobs placed 10th in the Mid-Penn and 12th in PIAA District 3 Class AAA, helping her team win titles in both championship meets.


Anna Lenhart Senior North Hagerstown

Lenhart won Washington County and MVAL Antietam titles and placed sixth in Maryland Class 2A.

Sarah Morrison Junior Chambersburg

Morrison won the PIAA District 3 Class AAA title for the second straight year and placed third at states.

Shamika Patton Junior Frederick

Patton was the Frederick County champion, MVAL Piedmont runner-up and third in Maryland Class 2A West.

Coach of the Year Chris Monheim Chambersburg

The third-year coach guided the Trojans to PIAA District 3 Class AAA and Mid-Penn titles and a third-place finish at states.
