The Second Annual Manpower Corporate Golf Challenge raised more than $10,000 to support the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County. The tournament, held at Beaver Creek Country Club, was a Florida scramble with three flights.

The team of Ted Bratthauar, Dave Birkhauser, Asad Ghattas and Bruce Peterson, representing Grove-Manitowoc Crane Group, won the Corporate Cup with the lowest overall score.

Flight winners of the tournament were teams representing Valley Mall; Smith, Elliott Kearns and Company LLC and The Herald-Mail.

"Our children benefit directly from the funds raised through this golf tournament," said Jim Deaner, executive director of the Boys & Girls Club. "We achieve our mission of providing quality youth development programs because local businesses like Manpower step up and provide the resources necessary to improve our community."

The Boys & Girls Club is a United Way agency and serves children at seven locations in Washington County. For more information on the Boys & Girls Club, please call 301-733-5422.
