Free weekly caregivers' supper offered in Martinsburg, W.Va.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Berkeley Senior Services Adult Day Services sponsors a free weekly Caregivers' Supper Club every Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Berkeley Senior Services, 217 N. High St. Caregivers may bring a "sack supper" and eat while professionals from the community provide information on various aspects of caregiving.

December will feature: Dec. 6: "Creative Relaxations;" Dec. 13: "Holiday Treats with New Friends," hosted by Adult Day Services; Dec. 20: "Holiday Health," led by massage therapist Daniel Speis and his associates; and Dec. 27: "Making the Most of Winter Moments," with Larry Crawley-Woods.

Adult care is available for attendees and the events are open to the community. Call Kathy McIntyre, 1-304-263-8873, ext. 114, to register for both.
