MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A third arrest warrant has been issued in a fatal shooting in Martinsburg late last month, according to police.

The warrant was issued Wednesday charging DeAndre "Dollar" Fullen, 19, with aiding and abetting murder, Martinsburg Police Department Detective Sgt. George Swartwood said Thursday.

Police also have obtained arrest warrants charging two other men - known only by the nicknames "Butter" and "Prince" - with first-degree murder in the death of Donald "Dee" Redman, who was shot once in the head at 517 N. Third St. on Oct. 27.

A fourth man, known as "T-Dot," is considered to be a person of interest, police said.

Police have said the four are drug dealers from New York City and likely have gone back to New York, possibly to the Bronx.

Redman, 29, of Martinsburg, was shot at around 5 a.m. Police and emergency medical personnel were called just before 8 a.m. and found Redman's body in a back porch area of a vacant apartment at 515 N. Third St.

Police have alleged that "Butter" shot Redman and that "Prince" provided him with the gun and helped drag Redman's body to the apartment next door to where the shooting happened.

Swartwood declined to comment on Fullen's alleged role in the shooting.

Witnesses who were present during the shooting spoke to police and said an argument and a fight preceded the gun being fired, Swartwood has said.

He said that "dogged investigative work" enabled police to learn "Dollar's" real name.

"We exhausted every investigative area we could to come up with the name," he said.

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the other three men.

Photographs of all four, including surveillance video footage taken from a local grocery store, can be seen on the Martinsburg Police Department's Web site at
