Pennsylvania State Police plan sobriety checkpoints

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police will be conducting sobriety checkpoints in November and December throughout Franklin County, state police in the Chambersburg barrack said in a news release.

Police said that the checkpoints will be held on "various roadways throughout Franklin County," but did not provide specific locations or dates for the traffic stops.

In addition, "roving DUI patrols will be utilized throughout the remaining year," according to the release.
