Last week's poll question was: If you were a gambler, which would you play?

Of the 363 votes received as of 9:30 p.m. Saturday, 122 people (34 percent) said they don't gamble. One-hundred people (28 percent) said they play the slots, while 55 people (15 percent) said they play the lottery and 54 people (15 percent) said they play tip jars. Thirty-two people, (9 percent) said they play other forms of gambling.




"I am not a gambler. However, I do buy an occasional lottery ticket. I personally see the value of the dream of winning that comes with the purchase of a lottery ticket. I have known two people that could not control their addiction to gambling, and ruined their lives. ..."




"Come on all of you 'I don't gamble' people. I can't believe you haven't bought a lottery ticket or a raffle ticket - that's gambling!!!!
