Two facing charges in Chambersburg shooting

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Two Chambersburg men were charged with assault and reckless endangerment after a shooting Friday, police said.

Joshua D. Webb, 20, of Chambersburg, Pa., shot a gun twice in the direction of three people at 611 Park Circle in Chambersburg, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Webb shot Dennis Hicks Jr., 20, of Chambersburg, twice in the front side of both legs, police said.

Willard L. Dubois IV, 20, of Chambersburg, shot a gun in the direction of Webb, police said.

Webb and Dubois were charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment, police said.
