Air show



The Spirit of America Over Martinsburg Air Show will feature displays of airplanes, demonstrations, and airplane and helicopter rides for a fee. Today and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport near Martinsburg, W.Va. Advance tickets cost $10; free for ages 11 and younger. Day of show, adult admission is $12. Smithsburg Steam Engine & Craft Show



The show will feature antique steam-powered traction engines; small, single-cylinder gas engines; antique riding lawn mowers from before 1964; arts and crafts; flea market; lumber sawing; and wheat-threshing demonstrations. Pet fair



There will be a kids' corner with a petting zoo and puppet show. There also will be games and contests for people and pets, free raffles and food. An agility course will be provided by Mason and Dixon Kennel Club. A bake sale will be held to raise funds for pets affected by Hurricane Katrina. HO-Scale Railroad Days
