Arts and crafts festival

West Virginia's Mountain Heritage Arts and Crafts Festival will feature quality arts and crafts, and entertainment. Halloween Kruz-N Car Show

The car show will feature music by The Shades at 4 and 8 p.m., a costume contest for infants through adults at 5 p.m., games and 50/50 raffle. Hagerstown Suns Chili Cook-off & Music Festival

Sample chili. Four samples are included in the admission price, two for children. Six bands from the Tri-State area will perform. Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Municipal Stadium, 274 E. Pet fair

There will be a kids' corner with a petting zoo and puppet show. There also will be games and contests for people and pets, free raffles and food. An agility course will be provided by Mason & Dixon Kennel Club. A bake sale will be held to raise funds for pets affected by Hurricane Katrina. Bedington Day

Activities include Jupiter Jump for kids, pony rides, antique cars, western stagecoaches and antiques, gospel singing, kids' games, pottery painting for kids, dunking booth, EVAK search and rescue dogs, and a Boy Scout flag burning ceremony. The Spirit of America Over Martinsburg Air Show will feature displays of airplanes, demonstrations, airplane and helicopter rides.
