RANSON, W.Va. - A bulk mailing company in Ranson has received preliminary approval from a state agency for a $3.6 million loan to allow it to purchase an additional site in Bardane, according to Gov. Joe Manchin's office.

The AB&C group has received preliminary approval for the loan from the West Virginia Development Authority, Manchin said in a news release.

The money will allow AB&C to purchase the former TST/Impreso property in the Bardane Industrial Park, Manchin said.

The purchase of the property will give AB&C two warehouses which will increase the company's space by 26,000 square feet, Manchin said in the release.

The site, which is near the Royal Vendors Inc. plant, is on 11 acres, the release said.

Plans for the new site include adding 10 to 12 shipping bays, additional conveyor equipment and barcode scanning capabilities, the release said.
