SEVERN, Md. - Police in Anne Arundel County, Md., were still investigating last week's drive-by shooting that killed a 15-year-old Hagerstown girl, an Anne Arundel County emergency dispatcher said Sunday.
Police have not arrested anyone in connection with the Wednesday night shooting, the dispatcher said.
Keisha Shardae Lane of Hagerstown and other people were standing next to a car in Severn when another car pulled up and parked, police said in a news release.
Three men got out and started shooting at the group, hitting Keisha and Joshua David Doyle, 19, of Laurel, Md., police said.
Keisha was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, where she was pronounced dead.
Doyle also was taken to the Shock Trauma Center. A nursing coordinator there said Sunday that Doyle had been released, but she didn't know when.
