Sun sets on Suns

LEXINGTON, Ky. ? Hagerstown jumped to a quick 2-0 lead in the first inning and everything went downhill thereafter as the Suns were crunched by the Lexington Legends on Monday, 10-4.

Carlos Gomez led off the game with his eighth homer and Ambiorix Concepcion drilled his 14th roundtripper with one out before Lexington answered with five runs in its half of the opening inning.

Gomez scored three of Hagerstown's runs and had two hits as did Corey Coles as the Suns managed only five hits. They were also guilty of five errors.
