Truck and tractor pulls


Interstate Truck and Tractor Pullers will compete at three events.

- Berkeley County Youth Fairgrounds, off Golf Course Road, Martinsburg, W.Va. Today, 6:30 p.m. $10, adults; free for ages 12 and younger. Rain date is July 22 at 1 p.m.

- Jefferson County Fairgrounds, off Leetown Pike, Charles Town, W.Va. Saturday, 6 p.m. $8, adults; $4, ages 4 to 12.

- Fulton County Fairgrounds, McConnellsburg, Pa. Saturday, 7 p.m.

Monster Truck Nationals


Black Stallion and other monster trucks will compete. Today and Saturday, 8 p.m.; Sunday, 2 p.m. Doors open today and Saturday at 5 p.m., and noon Sunday. Hagerstown Speedway, 15112 National Pike, west of Hagerstown. General admission $13 in advance; $15 at the gate; $5 for ages 2 to 12; free for ages 1 and younger. Smithsburg Pride Days


Live entertainment, food and craft vendors, sporting events and open house hours throughout Smithsburg, Maple Avenue and Railroad Lane. Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free.




Fly-in


Hagerstown Aircraft Services Fly-in and Fairchild Family Reunion. Activities include free 20-minute plane rides for children ages 8 to 17 in a four-passenger Cessna or Poper aircraft on both days, and bus tours of sites related to aviation on Saturday. Ice cream social


Annual ice cream social and book sale, live music, fire engine rides, more than 1,000 books will be for sale. Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Blue Ridge Summit Free Library and its surrounding grounds, Blue Ridge Summit, Pa. Free, some activities cost money. Proceeds will benefit the library. Civil War book festival

Shepherdstown Street Fest

Roundhouse Rail Days

A weekend of entertainment, activities and model train displays.
