Theater festival

The Contemporary American Theater Festival is an annual presentation of new and recent plays. Plays include "The God of Hell," "American Tet," "Sonia Flew" and "Father Joy." Mount Carmel Days

Mount Carmel Days will feature food, baked goods and a silent auction. Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Concert by the Rohrersville Band at 11 a.m. Mount Carmel United Methodist Church, Md. 67, Boonsboro, two miles south of Boonsboro.

Car, truck and bike show

Open to all makes and models of cars, trucks and motorcycles. Dash plaques will be given to the first 125 entries. More than 65 trophies will be given by drivers' choice voting. Sponsored by Rouzerville Lions Club. Saturday, registration from 9 to 11 a.m. Waynesboro Area Senior High School, lower parking lot at stadium, East Second Street. $10 entry fee; free for spectators.


Family festival

Rhodes Grove Family Fest will offer various family activities including swimming, water slide, horse rides, horseshoes and sand volleyball. Saturday, activities from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m., pig roast dinner at 5:30 p.m. Dinner costs $5. Rhodes Grove Camp & Conference Center, 7693 Brown's Mill Road, Chambersburg, Pa. Activities are free.

Anniversary concert

Washington County Truck and Tractor Pull, sponsored by the Washington County Tractor Pullers Association, includes modified 4x4s, modturbos, modified tractors and modified semis. Gin Blossoms with Boneyard Brothers

Gin Blossoms will perform. Boneyard Brothers will open the concert.
