HAGERSTOWN - Drees Homes, a national builder with over 75 years of experience in building award-winning custom homes, has opened a new furnished model at Westfields in Washington County.

Westfields is located south of Hagerstown on the Sharpsburg Pike (Rt. 65) just minutes from Interstate 70.

Drees selected the spacious Princeton plan as the model, a brick front two-story home with a two-car garage. This elegant home features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

The Princeton has many amenities including a dramatic two-story foyer, a luxurious custom kitchen with a gourmet cooking island and a bright morning room. The lavish master suite offers a sitting room, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious master bath. The rest of the living space includes a sunken family room off the kitchen, and a separate formal dining room, living room, and elegant study.

The finished basement includes a recreational room, beverage station, fitness room, den, bathroom, and plenty of storage.

"We are excited about our new model opening in the Westfields Community. Drees Homes is the perfect fit for customers who are looking for a home of distinction in a beautiful planned community," said Barry Weller, Drees Frederick Division sales manager.

Westfields' spacious community design plan includes 162 acres of open space with walking trails, playing fields, community meeting space, tennis courts and a community swimming pool. Developed by Ausherman Development Corp., Westfields features homes built by Drees Homes, Patriot Homes, and Ryan Homes.
