FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. - A Waynesboro, Pa., man died Sunday at Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center of injuries he received in a collision between his motorcycle and a car, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Roger Ditch, 43, address unavailable, died at the hospital Sunday, a hospital spokeswoman confirmed. Police said three other people were injured in the 11:50 a.m. accident on Lincoln Way East in Greene Township.

Police said Ditch and a 15-year-old female passenger were riding a 1995 Honda motorcycle east when a 2004 Chevrolet sedan driven by Marie Brookens, 79, address unavailable, of Fayetteville entered the road from Henicle's Market, 7798 Lincoln Way East.

The motorcycle struck the left front door of the car, which was attempting to turn west onto the highway, police said.

Police said Ditch and the unidentified 15-year-old girl were taken to Hershey Medical Center. The investigating trooper was unavailable Sunday afternoon to provide the girl's name.

Marie Brookens was taken to York (Pa.) Hospital, where she was in stable condition Sunday night, a hospital spokeswoman said. Her passenger, Sterling Brookens, 80, of Fayetteville, was treated at Chambersburg Hospital and released, a nursing supervisor said.

The Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Co. assisted at the scene and the accident was under investigation, police said Sunday.
