Preschool Play Camp (Hagerstown Community College)


Ages: 3-5, must be potty trained

Description: Young children explore arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and games. Activities are planned to help promote socialization, learning, and fine motor skills. Children are fully supervised by trained, qualified staff.

Art Camp In the Park at Doub's Woods


Ages: 5-12

Description: A broad spectrum of arts activities in drawing, painting, sculpting, performance, music and more. Taught by some of the area's most talented artists, this camp is administered by the Washington County Arts Council.

Farm Fun Day Camp (Washington County Agricultural Education Center)


Ages: 7-11

Description: Campers do hands-on activities while studying daily themes of crops, food and nutrition, animals, horticulture and natural resources.

Ages: 6-12

Antietam Day Camp


Ages: 7-13

Description: Themed one-week sessions incorporate canoeing, swimming and other sports. Optional classes include arts and crafts, drama, baking and horseback riding; a wide range of free time activities such as fishing, archery and roller skating are also available.

Youth Sports Camp (Hagerstown YMCA)


Ages: 8-13

Totem Pole Playhouse Summer Theatre Camp (Fayetteville, Pa.)


Ages: 8-13

Description: Campers create their own production from start to finish, rehearsing and designing the costumes and set and playing theater and improvisation games in their spare time. No experience is necessary and all campers who want to act will get a part; others can work behind the scenes.
