Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Aaron Reynolds has joined Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA's Waynesboro office as a sales professional.

Reynolds took his real estate training at the Foster School of Real Estate in Frederick, Md. He is licensed to list and sell all types of real estate in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Reynolds, of Sabillasville, Md., has a degree in respiratory therapy. He is serving in the West Virginia Air National Guard.

Millennium Financial Group

FREDERICK, Md. - Millennium Financial Group Inc., a full-service mortgage company, has hired Stacey Moler as their Human Resources manager.

Moler, of Jefferson, Md., has been in the financial industry for 18 years.

She will help to implement Millennium's guiding principal of "Home Loans Made Fast & Easy" for all mortgages, including 100 percent financing, no documentation loans, construction to permanent, and commercial mortgages.

Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Peggy Hays with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA was recognized as agent of the month of April in the Greencastle office.

Hays was recognized in the three years and over business category. The award is given based on the number of listings taken, sales made, attandance at Realtor functions and continuing education classes completed.

Hays, of the State Line area, also was recognized as April's leader in service. That award is based on the agent's use of companies affiliated with Jack Gaughen ERA.

Bowers Insurance

Lauri Neubauer, of Boonsboro, has been hired as a commercial account specialist at Bowers Insurance Inc.

Neubauer is responsible for aiding insurance salespeople in obtaining coverage for their accounts.

Neubauer, a licensed property and casualty agent, has been in the insurance business for 27 years. She also has her Accredited Customer Service Representative certification from the Independent Agents of America.

Neubauer graduated from California University of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Waynesburg (Pa.) Central High School.

Sagittarius Salon

The following staff members of Sagittarius Salon attended The Redken Symposium, a three-day seminar in Las Vegas, in January: Pam May, salon manager, and Michelle Hughs, Heather Hoffman, Pam Nichols and April Toms.

ยท Sagittarius Salon personnel recently attended Beauty Focus, with Beth Minardi, who held a two-day class in New York.

Attending the event were staff members Pam Nichols, Brandon DaSilva, April Toms and Jenn Showe.

Hub City Sprinklers

Edward A. Carr Jr. and Julie A. Webb recently achieved Nicet Level II certifications.

Carr has attained the Nicet Level II grade in fire protection engineering technology automatic sprinkler system layout.

Webb attained that grade in fire protection engineering technology inspection and testing of water-based systems.

Associated Builders and Contractors

Donald R. Stottlemyer, an employee of Ellsworth Electric of Hagerstown, was named Associated Builders and Contractors Safety and Health Professional of the Year for 2004.

To qualify for the award, safety professionals associated with ABC's Cumberland Valley Chapter are nominated by representatives of their companies. Each nominee must in the past three years have demonstrated leadership and accomplished safety and health goals within their companies. Three letters of recommendation from professionals within the construction industry must support each nomination.

Stottlemyer plays an active role within his company by providing safety training, doing jobsite investigations and communicating procedures to employees of Ellsworth Electric. He has implemented new programs and brought the team approach of safety to employees.

ABC is a national trade association with more than 24,000 firms across the nation. Locally, more than 200 employers are members of the Cumberland Valley Chapter.

Maryland Motor Truck Association

BALLTIMORE - The Maryland Motor Truck Association named Barbara J. Windsor of Hahn Transportation as its 2005 Person of the Year at an April 30 banquet in Baltimore.

Windsor is the president and CEO of Hahn Transportation, a regional trucking firm that hauls pertoleum, aluminum, cement and more throughout the mid-Atlantic corridor. The company has been based in New Market, Md., since 1933, when it was founded by Windsor's grandfather.

The Person of the Year Award is given annually to a person who has an outstanding record of service and has made a significant contribution to Maryland's trucking industry.

FNB Financial Corporation

McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. - FNB Financial Corporation, the parent company of The First National bank of McConnellsburg, FNB Mortgage Brokers Inc. and Community Bankers Insurance Agency LLC, held its annual shareholders meeting on April 26.

Re-elected to serve three-year terms as director were Terry L. Randall and D.A. Washabaugh III. They join Patricia A. Carbaugh, Harvey J. Culler, John C. Duffey, Harry D. Johnston, Lonnie W. Palmer and Craig E. Paylor on the eight-member board of directors.

Long & Foster

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Margie Bartles, manager of the Martinsburg Long & Foster office, named The Butch Cazin Team as the top producer and the team with the most new listings with a sales volume of $3.2 million; and The Butch Cazin Team, Carol Harold, Anita Giles, Natalie Hoffman and the team of Irene Hollida and Jay Deeds as the top five sales associates with the greatest production.
