"I'm calling about the Cascade water system. To the people in Cascade, don't believe the county and what they tell you. We were told that Sharpsburg was given a sewer system by the federal government completely free and they guaranteed the federal government that there would not be a rate increase for 15 years. Since then, they've raised it five times and it's been less than 15 years so don't believe the county."

"I'd like to make a comment that I am a Christian. I do not hate President Bush because God has taught me not to hate but I am upset with him for the way that he has run this country in the last four years. We have such an outrageous deficit, when just four years before he got in there, we had a balanced budget. He has sent our boys overseas with no plan on how to end the war and to bring our boys back. He claims he has a plan for Social Security but he wouldn't have to have this plan if he would quit taking Social Security funds and paying the taxes. People out there don't know how to play the market and they are afraid to play the market because they know it happened that the market collapsed and then they are without the money."

"Well, I still want to bash the president. More than 1,640 soldiers now dead and more than 500 Iraqis dead since the election. The election, President Bush told us in Iraq that would make everything better. Bombs are going off every day, 24 last year in Baghdad, more than 80 so far in the last three months. President Bush lied to the American people to get us into the war and now he's lying to make us believe this war is going well. We'll be there for decades, long after the worst president in American history is gone, America will still be in Iraq. No I'm not an American and I may not have been born in this country but my father served proudly in the United States Air Force."

"This is about John Bolton, the nominee to represent us before the U.N., which is essentially to represent us before the world. I don't know a thing about the man, where he came from or what his views are. I just know he is one of the scruffiest looking affairs I have ever seen as reported to have come before the United States Senate. If he doesn't think any more of himself and the country than to show up looking as something worst than the scruffy teenagers we see out in the street and complain about ... the only thing he didn't do was show his belly button."
"I must say that I think I'm getting very tired of having to pay $50 a month for cable and then all I get to watch is commercials. It's getting ridiculous."

"I was wondering if there is anybody out there who feels the same way I do? It used to be when you watched television, you watched television. When you watch TV at night, regardless of what hours it was, you seen something on there but now all you get is commercials, commercials and at night all it is, is infomercials. There is nothing to watch on TV anymore and I'm tired of paying so much money to watch commercials."

"The post office needs to put out some more mailboxes. There is one down next to the Trinity Baptist Church but the opening faces the building. A lot of sense that makes. There is not a mailbox within six to eight blocks within my residence. There needs to be more."

"In reference to the person who called in concerning the illegal aliens that cross our borders by the thousands daily, saying if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have our strawberries, oranges, peaches, plums and cherries because we are too lazy to pick them. You'll note the caller is not out there picking that fruit and that's probably for the same reason the rest of us aren't doing it. We don't have to. Many of those thousands that cross our borders illegally each day are giving birth in this country and those offspring are automatically American citizens who grow up and vote."
