Dog which bit man in Waynesboro sought

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - The Franklin County Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement is attempting to locate a dog which bit a man walking in the Rotary parking lot in front of Henicle's Market on Second Street in Waynesboro.

The incident happened on Saturday at about 6 p.m., according to Georgia Martin, Franklin County's dog enforcement officer.

The dog is described as a pit bull type dog, black and white in color. The dog did have a collar and rabies tag. The victim will undergo a series of rabies shots unless the dog can be located for observation.
