GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Antrim Way Honda is hosting a Project Safekids child safety exposition on Saturday, May 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event provides free digital ID's for children and is designed for use with the National Amber Alert system.
Project Safekids utilizes special digital ID equipment designed for federal law enforcement agencies. Parents will receive 10 digital fingerprints, a digital photo and description profile of their child save in an HTML format for quick disbursement to law enforcement should the child become missing.
Antrim Way Honda has teamed with Project Safekids to provide the service. There is no charge, and none of the information will be placed in a database.
