Old Trail Estates come to Hagerstown

It's location, location . . . as they say, that makes Old Trail Estates an interesting development - one you should check out if you're in the market for a new home close to the heart of Hagerstown. With parks on the north, east and west, the area between Vale Street and Fridinger Avenue will be the site of 27 new single-family detached homes. South Mountain Builders is projecting four phases of construction, with the first group of homes available for purchase now. Delivery is expected in September. With either arrangement, the owners' bedroom features a recessed, lighted tray ceiling and a generous walk-in closet.

As to the all-important practicalities: each home has public sewer and water; an energy-efficient heat pump with central AC, a covered side porch with rear entry, pre-wired telephone and cable outlets.
