Reubush-Diefenderfer



Norris and Barbara Diefenderfer of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their son, Brian Keith Diefenderfer, to Stacey Diane Reubush, daughter of Tami Camden of Middlebrook, Va., and Gordon Reubush of Staunton, Va.

Miss Reubush is a 1993 graduate of Riverheads High School in Staunton and received bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is a doctoral candidate in civil engineering at Virginia Tech. She is employed as a research scientist with the Virginia Transportation Research Council in Charlottesville, Va.

Mr. Diefenderfer is a 1991 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and received bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He also is employed as a research scientist with the Virginia Transportation Research Council in Charlottesville.

A May 7, 2005, wedding is planned.




Wagner-Curran



Malia Elizabeth Wagner and Daniel Francis Curran announce their engagement.

Ms. Wagner is the daughter of Dr. Frank and Pache Wag-ner of Hagerstown. She is a 1992 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School, a 1996 graduate of Villanova University, and a 2002 graduate of the Tufts University Freidman School of Nutrition Science and Food Policy and the Tufts School of Medicine. She is a nutritionist and health consultant for Whole Foods Market, North Atlantic Region, in Boston, Mass.

Mr. Curran is the son of James F. Curran and Dolores L. Curran of Littleton, Colo. He is a 1987 graduate of Heritage High School, a 1991 graduate of Occidental College, and a 2000 graduate of Harvard Business School in Boston. He is director of the Humanitarian Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

A summer wedding is planned.

Hornbecker-Hill



Mr. and Mrs. Donald Stottlemyer of Smithsburg and Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Hornbecker of Boonsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacy Renee Hornbecker, to David Ronald Hill, son of Mr. and Mrs. David H. Hill Jr. of Olney, Md.

Ms. Hornbecker is a 2001 graduate of Smithsburg High School and a 2003 graduate of Hagerstown Community College, and is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education at Towson University.

Mr. Hill is a 1999 graduate of Sherwood High School and received a bachelor of science degree in computer science and film from Gettysburg College in 2003. He teaches computer science and television production at Wheaton High School in Montgomery County, Md.

A Jan. 28, 2006, wedding is planned.




Stottlemyer-Weaver



April Dawn Stottlemyer and Shawn Michael Weaver announce their engagement.

Ms. Stottlemyer, of Hagers-town, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Stottlemyer and Pamela Stottlemyer, all of Hagerstown. She is a 1993 graduate of South Hagerstown High School and attended Hagerstown Community College. She is employed as an accounts receivable clerk with Craig Paving Inc.

Mr. Weaver, also of Hagers-town, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Weaver of Hagers-town, and Aleta Weaver of Cumberland, Md. He is a 1994 graduate of Williamsport High School. He is employed as a real estate agent with Long & Foster.

A July 9, 2005, wedding is planned.




Criswell-Becker



Jodi D. Criswell and David F. Becker announce their engagement.

Ms. Criswell is the daughter of Donald and Josephine Custer of Hagerstown. She is a 1984 graduate of North Hag-erstown High School and received a degree in nursing from Hagerstown Community College in 1999. She is employed as a charge nurse with Meadow Dialysis.

Mr. Becker is the son of Donald and Barbara Becker of Hagerstown. He is a 1985 graduate of Smithsburg High School and received a master's degree in business administration from Frostburg State University in 2000. He is employed as controller for Walnut Street Community Health Center.

A May 2005 wedding is planned.




Bohan-Morton



Andrew and Lynda Bohan of Smithsburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Lynn Bohan, to Ashley Robert Morton, son of Michele Robinson of Ocracoke, N.C., and John Morton of Magnolia, Texas.

Ms. Bohan is a 1998 graduate of Smithsburg High School and received a bachelor of arts degree in biology from St. Mary's College in 2002. She is a student at University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore.

Mr. Morton is a 1993 graduate of Ocracoke High School in North Carolina. He attended University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He and his family own a business in Ocracoke.

A June 2005 wedding is planned.




Logan-Hoffman



Doug Hoffman and Jennifer Logan announce their engagement.

Ms. Logan is the daughter of Skip and Barbara Logan of Princess Anne, Md. She received a master's degree in physical therapy from University of Maryland, Eastern Shore in 2001. She is employed at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
