Police offer reward for information on vandalism

The Hagerstown Police Department is offering a $250 reward for information leading to the arrest or conviction of the person or people responsible for vandalizing vehicles April 8 and 9 in a downtown Hagerstown neighborhood, Detective Jason Ackerman said.

He said 12 vehicles were scratched with an unknown tool between the evening of April 8 and the morning of April 9 in the 100 block of North Locust Street and the 200 block of North Mulberry Street. The vehicles sustained minor damage, he said.
