More than 30 countries were affected by the Dec. 26 tsunami, which is said to have killed more people than all the tsunamis of the previous 150 years. This program combines accounts of survivors, explanations from scientists, and footage of the disaster.

"The Adventures of Errol Flynn"

One of Hollywood's biggest stars of his era, Flynn (1909-59) was famous for an offscreen life that seemed to rival his movie exploits. Followed at 9:30 p.m. by Flynn in "The Adventures of Robin Hood" (1938).

9 p.m. on AMC

"Imaginary Witness: Hollywood and the Holocaust"

This new documentary finds that Hollywood's willingness to deal with the Holocaust is a "fairly recent phenomenon, following years of ambivalence, denial and silence."
