Flower and Garden Show


"All Creatures Great and Small" is the theme of the Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association's 11th annual Flower and Garden Show. Today, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Athletic Recreation and Community Center, Hagerstown Community College, 11400 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown. $4, adults; free for children younger than 12. Kite festival


Kite flyers of all ages are invited to the third annual kite festival. For those who don't bring their own kite, Fairview staff will offer a kite workshop to help children assemble one. There will be a materials charge of 50 cents for each kite. Today, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fairview Outdoor Education Center, Draper Road, Clear Spring.




Alpaca Farm Days


Spinning, weaving, felting and 4-H alpaca handling demonstrations. Huacaya and Suri alpacas and alpaca products will be on display and for sale. Gem show

Bluegrass concert

Three one-act plays


Three one-act plays produced by Hagerstown Community College students will be performed. The plays, directed by Amy Tweit, are "Improptu" by Tad Mosel, and "The American Dream" and "FAM & YAM" by Edward Albee. 'The Best Laid Plans'

Easter egg hunt


Egg hunt, crafts, games for children, face painting and a food vendor. Bring fruits and vegetables to feed the animals. Get a picture with the Easter Bunny.
