A1 correction

March 18, 2005

Due to an editor's error, the meaning of a quote by mayoral candidate Richard F. Trump in an A1 story in Thursday's Morning Herald about former Hagerstown Mayor Robert E. Bruchey II's Web site's references to Trump was unclear. The paragraph containing the quote should have said: On Wednesday, Trump said the joke is one he's used often to settle both himself and the audience. "It can make an audience feel very at ease," after a stutter, which he said can be alarming to some people.

The Herald apologizes for the mistake.
