Easter egg hunts slated

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - This Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be an Easter egg hunt, crafts and games for children, face painting, a moon bounce and a food vendor for lunch for the Shepherdstown community at 1112 Persimmon Lane.

Children will be able to meet the animal residents, and bring fruits and vegetables to feed them. Pictures will be taken with the Easter Bunny.

The egg hunt begins at 11 a.m. While most events are free, a small donation is required for some activities.

Groups are welcome. Registration is required for groups of more than 10 children. Call 1-304-262-0080 or send e-mail to FarmManager@pigs.org.

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - An Easter egg hunt at the Shenandoah Health Village Center, 70 Prospect Ave., will be held Sunday from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

The Easter Bunny will be available to greet children and have pictures taken. Those who attend are asked to bring their own Easter baskets.
