Golf course is seeking volunteers

Opportunities are available at Hagerstown Greens at Hamilton Run, formerly known as the Municipal Golf Course, for people interested in working as volunteer rangers.

Volunteer rangers open the golf course, take out flags, group golfers as needed, enforce golf rules and keep play moving.

Rangers have flexible hours, with the primary coverage needed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from May through September.

A meeting for those who are interested is planned for Wednesday, March 30, at 12:30 p.m. at the golf course.
