Proximity to I-81 makes it easy to get to shopping areas, including the Chambersburg Mall. Exterior services include a professional landscaping package and asphalt driveways. Exterior materials are designed for minimal maintenance.
Many options, including morning rooms, stretched floor plans, fireplaces, bay windows, expanded garages and others are available depending upon the model selected.
Some homes are already under construction at the Saddle Ridge site. A model home built in the Silver Maple style will be completed soon, Wint said.
Until the sales center is established at Saddle Ridge, homes in the community are being sold from Dan Ryan's East View and Apple Way developments in Pennsylvania.
