Hagerstown's director of Administrative Services, John Budesky, is leaving to take another job.

Budesky's last day as an employee of the City of Hagerstown will be March 25, City Administrator Bruce Zimmerman said Tuesday.

Budesky said he has taken a position as county administrator in New Kent County, Va.

"He's worn a lot of different hats," Zimmerman said, wishing him well on his upcoming endeavor.

He said Budesky has handled tasks in purchasing, labor management and operations at Fairgrounds Park.
