FlexAmerica growing, moving

February 25, 2005|by JULIE E. GREENE

FlexAmerica's customer service division in Washington County is expected to move into the Hub Business Center off Shawley Drive north of Hagerstown by mid-March, Chairman George K. Reese Jr. said Thursday.

The company, at 33 W. Franklin St., has 12 employees and is expected to add eight more positions by the end of the year, Reese said.

Reese said the Bethesda, Md.-based company is expected to have 35 employees in the local office by the end of 2006.

The additional employees are to accommodate growth in the administration of new health plans, which have tax incentives, being sponsored by large employers, Reese said.
