Tina A. Wiley, 35

Tina Arleen Wiley, 35, of 11909 Dormayne Drive in Hagerstown, died Friday, Jan. 14, 2005, at Washington County Hospital.

Born May 27, 1969, in Washington County, she was the daughter of Donald Lee Souders Sr. and Arleen Rosemary Trovinger Porterfield, both of Hagerstown.

She was employed by Brethren Mutual Insurance Co. in Hagerstown for 15 years.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jessie L. Wiley; two sons, Jamie L. Wiley and Brandon M. Wiley, both at home; stepfather, Darryl Porterfield; one half sister, Tracey R. Souders of Hagerstown; two half brothers, Donald L. Souders Jr. and Brent W. Porterfield, both of Hagerstown; maternal grandmother, Charlotte Trovinger of Hagerstown; and paternal grandmother, Thelma I. Souders of Fairplay.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Amanda N. Wiley.

Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown. The Rev. Don R. Stevenson will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Harold J. Houck, 74

HOLIDAYSBURG, Va. - Harold J. Houck, 74, of Holidaysburg Home, and formerly of McConnellsburg, Pa., died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2005, at Bon Secours-Holy Family Regional Hospital in Altoona, Pa.

Born Sept. 4, 1930, in Harrisonville, Pa., he was the son of the late Paul H. and Gertrude L. Strait Houck.

He retired from Letterkenny Army Depot.

He served in the U.S. Army.

He was a member of VFW Post 655 of McConnellsburg.

He is survived by three daughters, Gloria J. McGowan of Hustontown, Pa., Dixie J. Hess of McConnellsburg, and Deborah J. Sipes of Greencastle, Pa.; one son, Harry P. Houck of McConnellsburg; four sisters, Olive McQuait and Betty Miller, both of McConnellsburg, Cleo Atchley of Belle Meade, N.J., and Esther Atchley of Skillman, N.J.; one brother, Jack Houck of Mercersburg, Pa.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, McConnellsburg. Pastor William Bair will officiate. Burial will be in Siloam United Methodist Cemetery, Harrisonville.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will open at 2 p.m.




Ellen L. Schooley, 83


APRIL 10, 1921-JAN. 14, 2005

HARRISONVILLE, Pa. - Ellen L. Schooley, 83, of 190 Schooley Road, died Friday, Jan. 14, 2005, at her home.

Born April 10, 1921, in Altoona, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ragnhild Hglund Bergsted.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Siloam United Methodist Church in Harrisonville.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Schooley Sr., whom she married Nov. 10, 1942; nine children; one sister; 22 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two children and four grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Siloam United Methodist Church, Harrisonville. Pastor William Bair will officiate. Burial will be in Siloam United Methodist Cemetery, Harrisonville.

The family will receive friends today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home, Harrisonville, which will open at 2 p.m. Visitation also will be Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.




Reinhardt Tetzloff, 73

LOUDOUN HEIGHTS, Va. - Rinehardt "Reiny" Tetzloff, 73, of Loudoun Heights, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2005, at Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Leesburg, Va.

Born Sept. 19, 1931, in Glen Ullin, N.D., he was the son of the late Gustiv Tetzloff and Pauline Freeze Tetzloff.

He was a retired supervisor with the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, Md.

He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army.

He was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Purcellville, Va., where he served as bell ringer and usher.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty Hackley Tetzloff; four sons, Edward C. Tetzloff of Loudoun Heights, Timothy W. Tetzloff of Eldersburg, Md., Reinhardt T. Tetzloff of Savage, Md., and Tobin J. Tetzloff of Martinsburg, W.Va.; five sisters; two brothers; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Loudoun Heights. The Rev. Lee Crosby will officiate. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery.

The family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va.
