Susquehanna Bancshares Inc.'s loan servicing center is expected to move in mid-February from 18450 Showalter Road to Hub Business Center on Label Lane, according to a Susquehanna news release.
The loan servicing center has 144 employees, the news release states.
The Hub Business Center at 13511 Label Lane is owned by Dahbura Family Limited Partnership.
Susquehanna will lease 35,000 square feet on the first floor of the 70,000-square-foot building.
The move gives Susquehanna more room and space to grow, Susquehanna Bancshares President William J. Reuter said in a prepared statement.
"Our ability to retain these jobs in our community is important, and it is great to see a quality developer, like Dahbura Family, LP, making another significant investment in Washington County," Hagerstown-Washington County Economic Development Commission Executive Director Timothy R. Troxell said in a prepared statement issued by the EDC.
