WAYNESBORO, Pa. - The Waynesboro Borough Council is expected to adopt its 2005 budget at a meeting today at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall.
The council also will discuss and possibly approve new rates for trash collection for borough residents.
The proposed 2005 budget's general fund does not include a tax increase for borough property owners, but the council may increase taxes to pay for street repairs.
