Bond set for four charged after drug search and seizure

Four people charged following a Washington County Narcotics Task Force drug search and seizure operation Tuesday evening remained at the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday evening, a detention center spokesman said.

Washington County District Judge Ralph H. France II set bond at $60,000 each for Ronald M. Holder, 23, of 41 Duff Court in Martinsburg, W.Va., and Antoine J. Henderson, 21, of 607 Prospect Ave., Apt. 6A, in Bronx, N.Y., during hearings Wednesday, court records state.

France set bond at $50,000 for Brandy Jean Daugherty, 29, of 439 W. Antietam St. in Hagerstown, and for Natasha M. Mason, 28, of 927 Oak St. in Hagerstown, records state.

Each of the four were charged with possession of and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to records. Daugherty also is charged with distribution of crack cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance for the illegal distribution of crack cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance for the purpose of illegally administering crack cocaine, records state.

The Washington County Narcotics Task Force alleged that officers found numerous pieces of crack cocaine, plastic wraps, digital scales with cocaine residue, marijuana, more than $1,600 in cash, at least one glass smoking device and a .22-caliber revolver during a search at Daugherty's residence.
