Fried Apples - recipe

· 5 medium apples, sliced

· 1/4 cup butter or margarine

· 1/4 cup water

· 1/2 cup brown sugar

· 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In large skillet, saut apples in butter or margarine for 1 minute. Add water. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Simmer until apples are soft and liquid evaporates.
