Last week: The Cougars beat Williamsport, 37-23. ... The Blazers lost to North Hagerstown, 76-12.

Notes: The Cougars ended a six-game losing streak with the win over Williamsport. ... The Cougars have won the last three games in that series, scoring 127 points in the process. ... The Blazers are allowing an average of nearly 58 points per game this season and more than 67 points in the last five games. ... The Blazers' eight-game losing streak is now the second-longest active streak in the area behind Williamsport (15). Those two teams face off next week.

Williamsport Wildcats (0-8) at Boonsboro Warriors (2-6)

Eric Zwilsky ran for 301 yards - his third game over 200 this season - in the win over Boonsboro. ... The Rebels are still fourth in the 2A West playoff standings. Wins in the final two weeks would clinch a postseason spot for them. One loss would open the door for Liberty, Middletown or Walkersville.

Central Dauphin Rams (7-1) at Chambersburg Trojans (3-5)

Notes: The Cadets could lock up their first playoff berth since 1987 with a win over North Carroll. ... A win would also assure the Cadets of their best regular season since 1987 (8-2). The Cadets were 9-1 in 1986. ... Cadets RB Bruce Dorsey ran for 313 yards and 5 TDs in the win over Liberty. He leads the area with 1,335 rushing yards.

Winters Mill Falcons (3-5) at Middletown Knights (4-4)

Series: Middletown leads, 1-0.

Last meeting: 2003 - Middletown, 49-0.

Last week: The Falcons lost to Linganore, 42-6. ... The Knights beat Century, 35-0.

Notes: The Knights are still alive in the 2A West playoff hunt, but must win their final two games (Winters Mill, Walkersville) in order to have a chance at sneaking past South Hagerstown. ... The Knights rolled up 317 yards of offense last week, while holding Century to just 95 yards.

Allegany Campers (7-1) at Berkeley Springs Indians (5-3)

When: Today, 7 p.m.

Series: Berkeley Springs leads, 1-0.

Last meeting: 2003 - Berkeley Springs, 45-27.

Last week: The Campers beat Keyser, 28-23. ... The Indians lost to Beall, 38-25.
