Carving and wildlife show

EAST BERLIN, Pa. - Conewago Carvers Club of East Berlin will host its 12th annual Woodcarving and Wildlife Art Show. Guest artist will be Jack Kochan. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and Sunday, Oct. 31. East Berlin Area Community Center. $3; ages 11 and younger admitted free.

Veterans cruise on S.S. John W. Brown

BALTIMORE, Md. - Veterans can ride the last operational troop ship from World War II during a two-hour cruise in Baltimore's outer harbor. Historical narration will be provided. Board at 8 a.m. at North Locust Point Terminal No. 4 in Baltimore, leave the dock at 10 a.m., sail past Fort McHenry and Francis Scott Key Bridge and return at noon to North Locust Point. $20 per person.
