Zwilsky powers 'Roaders

BRUNSWICK, Md. - Brunswick's Eric Zwilsky rushed for 301 yards and three touchdowns as the Railroaders rolled over Boonsboro 41-20 in an MVAL Antietam matchup. Chris Papanicolas had 51yards receiving and one touchdown receiving for the Railroaders (4-4, 3-2) while Aaron Main passed for 132 yards and threw a touchdown.

Zach Shoemaker had 191 yards passing with one touchdown while running for another touchdown for the Warriors (2-6, 2-3).

No. 2 Frederick 42 Liberty 13


ELDERSBURG, Md. - Bruce Dorsey ran for 313 yards and had five touchdowns for Frederick in the Cadets MVAL Chesapeake win over Liberty (3-5, 1-4). Cory Rhodes added 96 passing yards and a touchdown for the Cadets (7-1, 2-1) while Tommy Gilmore, Tommy Prazenica and Mike Murphy each had an interception.

FREDERICK, Md. - Max Morris had 149 yards receiving and caught four touchdown passes as the Vikings ripped Friends School.

Morris' four touchdown catches brought his career total to 42, a new Maryland state touchdown receptions record. Keith Ricca added 227 yards passing and five touchdown passes for the Vikings (5-3, 2-3), bringing his career total to 100, while Randel Smedley had 61 yards receiving and scored two touchdowns.

Mark Ferro had four touchdowns all rushing and Dave Berry had 11 carries for 115 yards and passed for 82 yards. Issiah Randolf had three interceptions for the Lions.

FROSTBURG, Md. - Tony Belt threw for 308 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for another for Berkeley Springs in its loss to Beall. Ricky Kump had an 88 yard touchdown reception for the Indians (5-3) while Cody Hess had a 22 yard touchdown catch.
