CLEAR SPRING - Letters will go out soon to town residents with unlicensed vehicles on private property. The letters will notify them that they have 10 days to move the vehicles or face $200 fines.
A newly strengthened ordinance addressing such vehicles is in place, according to Mayor Paul Hose Jr. If a vehicle is moved and then returned, another $200 fine will be imposed and the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense, Hose said.
