The Mountain Heritage Arts and Crafts Festival this weekend will include a variety of artisans and food vendors, live entertainment and more.
The Jefferson County (W.Va.) Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the semi-annual festival Friday, Sept. 24, through Sunday, Sept. 26, at Sam Michaels Park on Job Corps Road between Charles Town, W.Va., and Harpers Ferry, W.Va.
About 200 craftspeople will sell their wares, and some artisans will demonstrate their crafts. The festival will feature handmade products ranging from baskets to wood accessories. Festival-goers will find photography, pottery, toys, rugs, quilts, glassware, paintings, sculpture, jewelry, floral goods and works created in other media.
