The Centre at Antietam shopping center at Dual Highway and Eastern Boulevard has been sold for $11.9 million to Washco Development Centre at Antietam.

Sassan Shaool of Washco Centre at Antietam said the company bought Centre at Antietam at the end of August from Elysian Partners.

Centre at Antietam, a 107,681-square-foot shopping center, is anchored by Weis Markets and also includes Dollar Tree, Quiznos and Video Warehouse, according to a written statement from KLNB Retail, the company that brokered the sale.

Shaool said the shopping center will be getting at least three new businesses.

JavaBean, a coffee shop, was to open at the beginning of this month. Bella Baby, a baby store, is expected to open by the end of September, and New York Pizzeria is planned to open in October, Shaool said.
