Papoutsis-Paddack

Andrew Papoutsis and Teresa Papoutsis, both of Waynesboro, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura B. Papoutsis of Princeton, N.J., to Mark L. Paddack of Ocean City, Md., son of Mr. and Mrs. Varner Paddack of Hagerstown.

Ms. Papoutsis is a 1993 graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School, received dual bachelor degrees in English and business management from Gettysburg College in 1997 and a master's degree in English education from Shippensburg University in 2001. She is employed as a teacher at Princeton High School.

Mr. Paddack is a graduate of North Hagerstown High School, received an associate of arts degree from Hagerstown Junior College and is a graduate of University of Baltimore, where he received a bachelor's certificate and master's certificate in criminal justice. He is a sergeant with the Ocean City Police Department.

An Oct. 9 is planned.

Guadalupe-Perry

Peter and Isabel Guadalupe of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Jasmin Guadalupe, to Jeffrey David Perry, son of David Perry and Joan Funck of Lancaster, Pa.

Miss Guadalupe is a 1997 graduate of South Hagerstown High School, and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Elizabethtown College in 2001 and a master's degree in school psychology from Millersville University in 2003. She is employed by Howard County (Md.) Public School System.

Mr. Perry is a 1995 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School and attended York Technical Institute in 2003, majoring in business administration and marketing. He is employed with CellularONE in Hagerstown.

A July 2, 2005 wedding is planned.

Wolfe-Troxler

Gene and Jody Wolfe of Hedgesville, W.Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jami Ann Wolfe, to Harry Graham Troxler, son of Harry W. and Donna Troxler of Knoxville, Md.

Miss Wolfe is a 1998 graduate of Boonsboro High School and received a medical laboratory technician degree from Allegany College of Maryland in 2002. She is a research technician with SAIC for the National Cancer Institute in Frederick, Md.

Mr. Troxler is a 1998 graduate of Boonsboro High School. He is employed with Master's Inc. in Gaithersburg, Md.

A June 2005 wedding is planned.
