The McDade Road bridge over U.S. 40 reopened about two weeks ago, Maryland State Highway Administration spokeswoman Kellie Boulware said Wednesday.
The bridge had been closed since August 2003.
Boulware said the bridge was closed for routine repairs, including improving the bridge deck and piers.
