FREDERICK, Md. - This year's recipients of Frederick County's food and wine gala are Community Living Inc. and Heartly House of Frederick County. Jewel of the Seas Caribbean cruise

Sponsored by Western Maryland Hospital Center Auxiliary, Feb. 26 through March 6, 2005. Proceeds will benefit the auxiliary while offering participants group savings.
