All charges against a man accused of pointing a gun at another man in Hagerstown last month have been forwarded to Washington County Circuit Court, court records say.

Washington County District Judge M. Kenneth Long Jr. found probable cause during a preliminary hearing Thursday to send to Circuit Court three charges against Rolandas Fluellyn, 23, of 115 N. Potomac St., Apt. 7, records say.

Fluellyn is charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, according to records.

The Hagerstown Police Department alleges Fluellyn pointed a handgun at the forehead of Steve Barger in the 300 block of North Locust Street on July 18, records say.
