Suns set tribute

The Hagerstown Suns will pay tribute to the late Mike Callas today at 6 p.m. before their game with Kannapolis.

Callas, who died suddenly on Memorial Day weekend, owned a construction company and was reknowned for his support of Hagerstown, its attributes and events. Callas was a dedicated supporter of the Suns and was named one of the chairmen of the committee to build a football stadium for North Hagerstown High School before his death.

Callas' brother, Pete Callas, will throw out the first pitch.

The first 500 fans with paid attendance will receive a Mike Callas minature ball & bat key chain.
