Perry L. Pryor, 55


FEB. 21, 1949 - JULY 29, 2004

JEFFERSON, Md. - Perry Lee Pryor, 55, died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at Frederick (Md.) Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 21, 1949, in Frederick, he was the son of Robert Junior Pryor and Martha Virginia Fisher Pryor of Frederick.

He was a steelworker for the past 35 years for Canam in Point of Rocks, Md.

He was a member of the Northern Big Game Hunt Club.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Bonnie Jean Adkins Pryor; two daughters, Dawn R. Pryor and Nicole L. Pryor, both of Jefferson; four sisters, Linda Pryor of Frederick, Regina Kline of Thurmont, Md., and Edwina Beachley and Janet Rhinecker, both of Boonsboro; and two brothers, Robert D. Pryor of Boonsboro, and Glenn Early of Lime Kiln.

Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Stauffer Funeral Home, Frederick. The Rev. Michael Davidson will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.

The family will receive friends today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.




Louella M. Ridenour, 73

MAUGANSVILLE - Louella M. "Patsy" Ridenour, 73, of 13935 Maugansville Road, died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at Frederick (Md.) Memorial Hospital.

Born Oct. 13, 1930, in Smithsburg, she was the daughter of the late Max Rinehart and Mary Rebecca Johnston Rohrer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis H. Pat Ridenour.

She was employed in the cafeteria at Rohr Industries.

She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.

She was a member of AARP.

She is survived by one daughter, Heddy A. Beaver of Maugansville; three sons, Ellis E. Ridenour, B. Lee Ridenour and John D. Ridenour, all of Hagerstown; two sisters, Hilda L. Shoop and Dorothy M. Delauter, both of Hagerstown; two brothers, Donald K. Rohrer of Hagerstown, and Samuel E. Rohrer of Smithsburg; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Pauline I. Price, and two brothers, Pete Rohrer and Walter Rohrer.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown. The Rev. Lauren H. Lay will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.




Suanne F. Brunk, 52


JULY 2, 1952-JULY 29, 2004

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Suanne F. Brunk, 52, of 5147 Church Road, died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at her home.

Born July 2, 1952, in McConnellsburg, Pa., she was the daughter of Betty Miller Lake of Shippensburg, Pa., and the late Leroy Lake.

She was a graduate of Shippensburg High School.

She was a member of Deliverance in Christ Church in Scotland, Pa.

She had worked at the former Stanley Co. in Chambersburg for 20 years.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Mark E. Brunk; one daughter, Amanda R. Swope of Orrstown, Pa.; two sons, Jason R. Goshorn of Denton, Mo., and John E. Goshorn of Shippensburg; one stepdaughter, Annie H. Brunk of Chambersburg, one stepson, Eli W. Brunk, at home; three sisters, Sharon Swisher of Chambersburg, Sandra Scratchard of Huntingdon, Pa., and Pamela McClure of East Waterford, Pa.; one brother, Calvin Lake of Shippensburg; and four grandchildren.

Services will be today at 11 a.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg. The Rev. Lonnie Shover will officiate. Burial will be in Grindstone Hill Cemetery.

Visitation was Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and also will be today from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Vivian L. Taylor-Marshall, 49


MARCH 15, 1955-JULY 30, 2004

Vivian Lorraine Taylor-Marshall, 49, of 1911 Dual Highway in Hagerstown, died Friday, July 30, 2004, at her home.

Born March 15, 1955, in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of Shirley Davis Campbell.

She was an employee of Citicorp, where she worked for 18 years.

She was a member of First St. Stephens Baptist Church in Baltimore.

She was a member of All About Friends.

She is survived by her husband, Samuel J. Marshall; two daughters, Satara C. Taylor of Swanton, Ohio, and Lynelle L. Taylor of Hagerstown; two brothers, Woodrow Jenkins Jr. and Luther D. Jenkins, both of Camden; and her grandmother, Josephine S. Davis of Camden.

She was preceded in death by one son, Desmar B. Artis.

Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at First St. Stephens Baptist Church, Baltimore. The Rev. Aggie L. Brown Jr. will officiate.

WILLIAMSPORT - Catherine L. Conrad, 90, of 16505 Virginia Ave., Williamsport, Md., and formerly of 928 The Terrace, Hagerstown, Md., died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at Homewood at Williamsport.

Born Dec. 16, 1913, in Bergenfield, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Henry and Henrietta Wagner.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Robert Parlett Conrad Sr., in 1982.
