Oldest Greencastle residents to be honored

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - The oldest residents of the Greencastle-Antrim area will be honored during the Old Home Week Parade scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 5.

Anyone 95 and older is asked to contact the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce at 717-597-4610.

The only criteria is that one must have been born, live or did live in Greencastle or Antrim Township.

"We will have as many cars as we need to provide transportation during the parade for our honored guests," said Greg Hoover, president of Old Home Week.

Deadline to register is July 31.

- The Chamber also has free copies of its new directory of Greencastle-Antrim businesses available at the Chamber office, 217 E. Baltimore St. New maps of the Greencastle-Antrim area are on sale at the Chamber for $1.50.
